Returns

You ordered the wrong item and want to return it? No problem! You can return all items purchased from tonerjet.co.uk free of charge. If you would like to withdraw your contractual declaration, you have the following options:

1.  Submit a formal declaration of cancellation (following the statutory provisions)

You must submit a formal declaration of cancellation within 14 days of delivery, e.g. in writing by email, post or fax, or by telephone. You must then send the goods back to us within 14 days.

2.  Declare your cancellation by returning the goods (our extended voluntary return)

Simply submit your declaration of cancellation directly by returning the goods within 60 days of delivery. Should you wish to withdraw your contractual declaration, please contact us within 60 days of the invoice date on tel. +49 89 24880 9324, or email mail@tonerjet.co.uk.

Please ensure the following:

  • All returned items are in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
  • You return the goods with outer packaging and as one parcel. Should you wish to return several items, you must return them in a single parcel.
  • You return the shipment using the label we send you. Please understand that we cannot accept goods sent carriage forward.

As soon as we have received your goods, we will reimburse you for the purchase amount within a few days.

Depending on the payment method you will receive:

  • Advance payment: Reimbursement to your bank account
  • Credit card payment: Credit to your credit card account
  • Payment using PayPal: Credit to your PayPal account
  • Cash on delivery: Reimbursement to your bank account. Important: In this event, please provide us with your bank details.

Complaints

Is your item faulty, or are you dissatisfied with the goods? This doesn’t happen very often – but we will, of course, be happy to help!
